What are the software browser requirements?


REACT is currently optimized for Google's Chrome and Apple's Safari browsers. There are known issues and browser limitations with Internet Explorer (IE) and Microsoft's Edge browser for opening reports inside the application.

If you are using an Apple computer (MAC) or other Apple compatible device you are set. If you are using Windows you may download Chrome at Chrome's download site.

What is the best way to get software support quickly?


Clear Mt. Software has live chat agents available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific time. You can access live chat via the "Live Chat" button the right side of your screen from the Home Page or the Contact Us Page. If a customer representative is not available you can leave a quick message and we'll respond via email as soon as we can.

How will new releases or updates be handled and will I be notified?


Current users of REACT will be notified by email as new releases or certain updates are launched. Because REACT is a service, there will always be things going on that may require updating and many of those updates will go unnoticed, however when an update affects the look or performance of the software, you will be notified.

How can I get a copy of the newsletter?


If you did not sign up for the newsletter during registration, you can request to be added by going to the My Profile section of REACT and under "Other" check the box next to "Main Newsletter".
